THE NATIONAL VOICE OF FAMILIES
PROTECTING FAMILIES FROM THE FAMILY COURT SYSTEM

Mark Sullivan

Mark Sullivan holds a BFA degree from Rochester Institute of Technology in photo illustration. The international components of his court litigation bring another dimension to an otherwise destructive proceeding. With credible threats of international child abduction to a non-Hague Convention signatory country, he has brought his concerns before the FBI, U.S. State Department, Congressmen and Senators. On two separate occasions as a pro se litigant he has failed to secure the protections as outlined by an affidavit drawn up by a staff attorney for the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, in the court which has held sway for 6.5 years.

As a board member of Fathers and Families, New York and researcher with Families Civil Liberties Union Mr. Sullivan continues to act for the return of his daughter’s civil rights. He has participated in rallies and demonstrations to bring public awareness to the dysfunction and harm caused by the family courts.  Mr. Sullivan’s hard won knowledge through years of litigation and fighting false allegations by organizations which have entangled his child in their web enables him to effectively lobby for change.

Mr. Sullivan’s work with Universities, Institutions and special interest groups will focus on the social, economic and developmental elements which undermine the parent/child relationship in current family court actions.

We welcome Mr. Sullivan’s hard work and contributions to the FCLU.
