JIP™ – JUDICIAL INVESTIGATIVE PROGRAM
Our innovative, powerful and effective program, the Judicial Investigative Program, represents a higher level of checks and balances for a system in need of change. Using a system of repeat judicial complaints, OPRA public records, background checks and our independent private investigators, the FCLU has the means to investigate repeat offenders in the family law industry. We conduct Lifestyle Investigations on civil servants to ensure their lifestyle is not beyond their income level. FCLU’s pool of law school students are also randomly assigned to supervise court room conduct and report their observations.
The Judicial Investigative Program is open to the general public without membership. Our JIP™ Case Intake located in the Take Action section enables individuals to anonymously enter tips, information and complaints. We do recommend providing contact information should we have additional questions or need clarification. The more information you provide, the faster we can investigate the issue and the more efficiently we can process the complaint from a cost perspective.
As we uncover news, we call on the power of the press to deliver the story to the public. We currently have two special investigations under way in New Jersey. Should you suspect illegal activity in your family court experience, contact us today. We need your input to build our cases.
